After a two weeks of dealing with a home warranty company only to get a denial of coverage for a waste line water leak, a contact with Order A Plumber was a godsend. The company dispatched a plumber, Stephan, who diagnosed the problem and the repair was done with an expedited turnaround time. Great company from the first point of contact with Debbie to Stephan and his team. Thank you for a job well done and reasonably priced. We will be a repeat customer.

We needed to replace the tub spout which seems simple enough.  But this one was stuck so tight I wasn't sure if I would break it or whether I even had the type of spout that screws on or uses a set screw.  OrderAPlumber is one of the few companies that even returned my call.  They came quickly and showed when expected BUT I was disappointed when the "kid" showed up and didn't have a tub spout on his truck.  He told me he would have someone call  to schedule a new appointment with the proper spout.  So I had to wait another week.  I would expect these guys to be prepared, especially when I told them what the issue was before they came.  I was also concerned when the kid said that it was a spout that uses a set screw and he suggested that they change it to the 'screw-on' type.  I later learned that he was wrong.  The company should do a better job at hiring "kids" that know what they're doing and what they're talking about.  This is the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating.

Having said all that, when the next guy finally came, he knew what to do and which type of spout to use and had it fixed quickly.  I don't recall his name but he was nice, professional and did a good job.

Plumbers, like a lot of contractors, are never cheap.  So I expected to pay more than if I had done it myself.  But we hired them because they're the professionals and I'm not.  I'm happy with the final work and I would recommend them again.
