When I first called they were polite and responsive of my issue. we set a time and day and they showed up exactly on time. the service person was polite and well versed with my issue. They had to come back because the part I bought was defective and I was not charged a second time. once the problem was fixed(replaced (a kitchen faucet), it was tested and it worked perfectly. If you need a quality plumbing company this is it. I have used others in the past and this was was by far the best I have ever used. Glad I happen to find theses guys. will call them again if needed
