Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Order A Plumber. Message and data rates may apply. Order A Plumber sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, service follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries (the “Order A Plumber SMS Program”). Messages may be sent using automated technology. You agree not to use the Order A Plumber SMS Program for any illegal or unlawful purpose.

Message frequency varies. You will receive 5–10 messages a month based on your project needs.

Order A Plumber does not charge a fee for text messages sent under this program. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

The Order A Plumber SMS Program is available when your mobile device is within range of your wireless provider’s service. It may not be available on all devices or through all wireless carriers. Message delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to carrier issues. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile networks are outside Order A Plumber’s control. Order A Plumber is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete messages caused by network, device, carrier, or technical issues.

Reply OPT OUT or STOP to unsubscribe. We’ll confirm via SMS, and you’ll stop receiving messages. To rejoin, sign up again.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll it. Limitation of Liability

The Order A Plumber SMS Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Order A Plumber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the SMS Program or your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
